If your price is changing, Nessy will send you an email at least 7 days before the billing date on which your price will increase. You can also go to the details section of your account to verify your billing date and your subscription price.

Why didn't I see the notification about the price change?

If you did not see the email, please confirm that the email address associated with your account is correct. Please also check that Nessy is marked as a ‘safe sender’ in your email contacts to avoid our emails getting lost in spam or junk folders.
