How to remove application access

There are a couple of ways that you can remove access to applications on Nessy.

Method 1:

1. Log in to Admin & Reports
2. Click on Students > All Students at the top of the screen

3. Find the student in the list and click on the application icon that you would like them to remove access for.  When the application icon is greyed out this means that a student no longer has access to that specific application.

Method 2:

1. Log in to Admin & Reports

2. Click on Students > All Students at the top of the screen

3. Find the student in the list and click on the blue pencil

 

4. From here you can edit application access by clicking on the program logo. Click on any coloured program logos to remove the students' access to an application. If the logo is greyed out they will no longer have access.
