After signing up for Nessy you should receive a welcome email containing your secret word. Most of the time this will come through no problem however occasionally this email makes its way into the junk folder. If you have not received your welcome email within 10 minutes of ordering please check your junk folder.
If you don't see it in either your inbox or junk folder please contact info@nessy.com where a member of our team will assist you.
Account administrators can also find their secret word within the Admin & Reports section of the program. Once logged into Admin & Reports go to Settings > Change settings where you will see the secret word for your account.
