For Data Protection purposes, we require the current account administrator to email firstname.lastname@example.org to request any changes to the account however if this is not possible, we will need the change to be directly authorised via email by one of the following roles within the school:
- Deputy Headteacher/Vice Principal
- School Business Manager
- Data Protection Officer/Safeguarding Officer
- IT Manager
Please provide the secret word on the account, the current administrator email address, and the new administrator email address so that we can make the change quickly and efficiently for you.
