You may receive an error message when creating a new student profile, this could be for a number of reasons:
1. The student may already exist.
Solution- Do not create duplicate students. Students can have access to multiple programs using one profile.
2. The new student may have the same Nessy Name as an existing student.
Solution- Students cannot have the same Nessy Name as another student. Names must be unique.
3. Data fields may be incomplete.
Solution- Make sure all student details have been completed.
4. No available subscriptions.
Solution- You will not be able to set access to applications if you don't have subscriptions available. Each student will need an application to be able to play.
