Why is there a red warning triangle next to my student's name?

In admin & reports under the 'All Students' home screen, you may see this icon next to some children's names:

This warning icon is displayed when a student has made negative progress in their last Reading assessment and/or Spelling assessment, or if the student does not have any targets set.
