Why is there a score of 0% on Dyslexia Quest?

It is possible to obtain a score of 0% even when correct answers have been given. As well as correct answers, Dyslexia Quest takes other factors into account such as time taken to answer and the number of times the question is rechecked or the help button is clicked.
