How to login in as an existing customer and renew/add to your subscription

To add or renew subscriptions on an existing Nessy account, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to nessy.com and visit the STORE

2. Select the product you wish to purchase and click 'Buy Now'

3. Select the appropriate number of licences, add them to the cart and proceed to the checkout.

4. Login as an existing customer at the top of the checkout screen (if you are already logged in it will appear with the message ‘Welcome Back’). Use the email and password that you entered to set up your account originally.  If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Lost your password?' to re-set this.

5. Proceed with the checkout process.
