How to release a certificate

After you have completed the course your certificate will become available. The instructions below show you how to release the certificate.

1. Log in with your Secret Word.

2. Select the option 'Administrators - click here to manage your account.'

3. Enter the main administrator email and password.

4. Search by name or email to find the user then select 'Click to release the certificate'.
